Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and solidauto ("we", "us") for your use of Tazor. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Tazor for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate sign-up details.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and should tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- The owner of a workspace controls it: who is a member, their roles, the plan, and its data.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to what you put into Tazor. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including through the integrations and AI features you choose to use.
You are responsible for having the right to upload your content and for following the law in what you share.
You can export your data and your workspace at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Tazor to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- upload malware or content that is abusive, harassing or sexually exploits anyone;
- send spam, including through invitations or integrations;
- probe, overload or get around the security, rate limits or plan limits of the service, or access other people's data;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing one.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable we will warn you first and explain why.
4. Plans, trial and billing
- New workspaces get a 14-day free trial of a paid plan. When it ends without a subscription, the workspace moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted.
- Paid plans are charged per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance, through Razorpay, and renew automatically until cancelled. Subscribing during the trial keeps the remaining trial days; the first charge is at the end of the trial.
- Adding seats takes effect immediately and is charged for the current period; removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for; we don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
- If a renewal payment fails and can't be collected, the workspace moves to the Free plan.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your subscription.
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you pay any taxes that apply.
5. The service
We work to keep Tazor available and your data safe, including with daily backups, but the service is provided "as is" and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; if we remove a significant paid feature we will tell you in advance.
Third-party services you connect (Google, Slack, Discord, GitHub, Razorpay) are governed by their own terms.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using Tazor at any time and delete your account in Settings → Security. Deleting the account of a workspace owner deletes that workspace and its content for all its members, so export anything you need first.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. Unless that is impossible or unlawful, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell account owners at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can close your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without taking away any rights you have under the law of where you live.
